Te Ara Hou is an education programme that provides young people with tools that will alter unhealthy views on abusive relationships.

This programme explores the nature of violence and ways to prevent it. It also examines the causes of anger and healthy ways to express to it. Our individual and group programmes cover topics such as assertive communication, healthy relationships vs. abusive relationships and goal setting.
